Corpus fund and forms for Residents of the apartment

Dear Flat Owners,

Corpus fund plays an important role in maintaining the apartment and amenities and would be utilized in cases of heavy expenditures for maintaining the apartment on whole.  It would be not utilized for any individual flat interests or maintenance.  

1. Corpus fund: 

Knowing the importance of corpus fund, in last general body meeting it was agreed and decided by the society and flat owners to collect a lump sum of Rs.10000-00 ( Ten thousands only) towards the corpus fund and deposit in a bank.  As we are already registered the society and opening a bank account shortly, the society requests the flat owners to pay the corpus fund before 5^th of October, 2011.  This can be paid in one installment i.e. Rs.10000-00 (Ten thousands only) in a single payment or in two installments of Rs.5000-00 (Five thousands) each.

For paying the corpus you can call President/Vice President/Gen Secretary/Treasurer or meet in person and handover the amount and collect the receipt for the same amount.

2.  Form for Residents:               

Another important aspect of maintaining the apartment is the security.  For the security reason and transparency on the current occupancy of the individual flats it is required to have the details of resident and all family members and proof of identity of the current resident owner with the society. Please, co operates to the society by providing the details of the family members and submits the proof of identity.  

A form would be send to you to fill and submit the same to the society as early as possible.
